About this Law Journal

Law & Society in Transition is a biannual (January and July), peer-reviewed Online Law journal (Language: English) dedicated to examining the dynamic transformation of legal systems in an era of profound global, technological, social, and political change. It serves as a vibrant interdisciplinary platform that bridges classical legal scholarship with bold, innovative, and forward-looking perspectives. The journal fosters meaningful dialogue on how law adapts, evolves, and sometimes reinvents itself amid rapidly shifting contexts. The journal published its first issue in July 2026.
